We are based in Grand Haven, MI, and dedicated to nurturing this community, and everyone who shares in our passions.
These Guardian dogs are one of the most misunderstood and re-homed breeds. Their biological drive is to protect their farm, which results in high energy, roaming, independent thinking (labeled as untrainable), and lots and lots of barking. This is not always conducive to city or suburban living. There are far too many of these beautiful dogs in shelters, abandoned, or euthanized. Help us build a sanctuary. These dogs spend their lives protecting others. Who is protecting them?
Friend of the Festival
The Third Coast Book & Author Festival is an amazing opportunity for authors and readers to connect, for friends and families to share the joy of reading with one another, to support local businesses. But there is a huge cost, and so far, a local favorite independent bookstore, The Book Cellar, has taken on that burden. If you love reading, you love the lakeshore, or you love this event and want it to continue, let's help them out.
Third Coast Academy Scholarships
You are a patron of the arts, here to support the next generation of authors. Not everyone is in a place to pay their own way through the Academy, but you can give them the gift of continued education for the purpose of developing and publishing their novel, making sure their voice is heard.
