Introductory Course
Develop stories based on written prompts & other game-style tools.
Here, we'll learn the basics: character Archetypes, Plot types such as the "hero's journey," how to develop your Voice as an author and more.
We are currently offering one course for this series:

What you will learn:
How to brainstorm story ideas. Already have a story in mind? How to move that story from your mind to the page.
How to create an outline.
How to develop characters.
How to hook readers in the first few chapters.
How to SHOW not TELL.

Insider info on what it takes to be published & the publishing industry in general.

You will also learn finding your community is essential. We hope you make amazing and lasting connections with your fellow seedling writers.
What you will receive:
Each resident will receive a copy of their instructor's latest book (or if it's part of a series, then the first book in the latest series).
A leather-bound writing journal.
